Creative Core Ballet 1

Ages 3-5
Sundays, 9:15-10am w/Maddy
Combines core building exercises, basic ballet principles with music, imagination and spatial awareness. Students learn dance patterns, ideas of rotation and basic ballet terms, while building an understanding of class structure.

After four decades of professional training, over 30 years as a performing artist, and 25 years on faculty at ballet conservatories and universities, I spent the last four years pouring everything I’ve learned into creating SUNMI BALLET.
This school is the expression of my life’s work—rooted in tradition, shaped by experience, and driven by a deeply personal vision. At SUNMI BALLET, I’ve built a flexible and strong community that thrives together, using dance as the thread that connects us.
Our programming is designed to develop each student’s unique connection between body, mind, and heart. We teach a clear and relevant curriculum with a focus on alignment, core strength, and individual growth.
My purpose is to help every dancer find their voice—supported, challenged, and embraced through movement. I use my heart to truly see each student, nurturing not just their technique, but the character dance can build: empathy, focus, and expression.
