Vector Leadership - 2026

We are thrilled to introduce, The Vector Leadership Dance Program, an exciting new addition to the SUNMI Ballet line-up launching Fall ‘26. 

By creating an elite mentorship program dedicated to the empowerment of young dancers, VLD is more than just a dance class; it is a community innovation incubator, where dancers will take their rigorous training off the Marley floor and into the world to: 

• Cultivate & Hone Develop high-level leadership skills through dedicated mentorship.

• Innovate Use the discipline, creativity, and spatial awareness of dance to problem solve.

• Engage Partner with local initiatives to show that a dancer’s impact reaches far beyond the stage.

Dancers in the VLD program will meet monthly outside of their scheduled dance classes to enjoy outings and team building exercises.**  

VLD provides a dedicated space for our dancers to be vulnerable as they reflect, grow, and build meaningful connections with fellow dancers that extend far beyond the stage, empowering them to become the lead dancers they aim to be!
